Mug Cake

Combine one Angel Food cake mix with one cake mix of your choice.

Mix 1/4 cup of this cake mixture and 2 tablespoons of water in a mug.

Bake in microwave for one minute.

Enjoy!

Lois Lowry Biography

Lois Lowry was born on March 20th 1937 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She went to Packer Collegiate Institute for four years until she married Donald Lowry in 1956 and had 4 children: Alix, Kristin, Grey, and Benjamin.

• suicide
• other accidents

The Six Components of Health:

1. Physical Health- Eating well, getting excercise, and being at a healthy weight.
2. Emotional Health- Expressing your emotions in a positive, nondestructive way.
3. Social Health- Having good relationships with others.
4. Mental Health- Being able to funcion normally.
5. Spiritual Health- Practicing a religion, and knowing your purpose in life.
6. Environmental Health- Keeping your surroundings clean and safe.
