This Week in Health

This week in Health, we picked 10 healthy recipes to make in Health class. Some of my favorites were:
  • 3-Bean Turkey Chili
  • Chocolate Strawberries
  • Hummus
  • Salsa
  • Spinach Artichoke Dip
Also, we filled out a calendar for February (heart health month) with a different goal every day.
And we learned about setting long-term (take a long time to acheive) and short-term (acheived quickly) goals.
